Great Bedwyn motorist Robert Cummins caught drink-driving

A MAN was caught behind the wheel after drinking almost twice the legal limit.
Robert Cummins appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 30.
The 58-year-old, of The Knapp, Great Bedwyn, admitted driving a Vauxhall Agila at Newbury Retail Park in Pinchington Lane on Friday, April 12, after drinking more than the legal limit.
Tests showed 69mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.
The legal limit is 35mcg.
Mr Cummins was fined £161.
In addition, he was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £64.
Finally, Mr Cummins was banned from driving for 20 months.
