Woolhampton motorist Denise East caught drink-driving

A WOMAN has been banned from the roads for drink-driving.
Denise East appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 26.
The 69-year-old, of Victor Place, Woolhampton, admitted driving an Audi TTS Quattro on the A4 Bath Road at Woolhampton on Sunday, April 14, after drinking more than the legal limit.
Tests showed 152mcg of alcohol per 100ml of urine in her system.
The legal limit is 107mcg.
District judge Samuel Goozee fined East £400.
In addition she was ordered to pay £85 costs plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £160.
Finally, East was banned from driving for 15 months.
