Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury motorist on drug-driving charge...again

A MOTORIST has been caught driving on ketamine and cocaine... for a second time

The 23-year-old was first caught with the drugs cocktail in his system in Claremont Crescent, Newbury, last year and was made subject to a community order.

But on Tuesday, July 20, Callum McMahon was back in the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court charged with the exact same offences.

Mr McMahon was made subject to a fresh, two-year community order.

In addition, he was required to carry out 300 hours of unpaid community work.

Furthermore, Mr McMahon was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £95.

Finally, he was banned from driving for 48 months.
