Reading Magistrates' Court: Wash Water motorist denies driving while disqualified
A MOTORIST is set to go on trial accused of driving while banned from the roads.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, December 7, was John Gibbons.
The 36-year-old, of Enborne Row, Wash Water, is accused of driving a Vauxhall Insignia in Wash Water on Wednesday, October 26, while disqualified from doing so.
He was further accused of driving without insurance on the same occasion.
Mr Gibbons, who was legally represented by Tom Brymer, spoke only to confirm his details and to plead not guilty to both charges.
He was told the case could proceed no further that day and it was adjourned for a trial to be arranged.
Mr Gibbons was meanwhile granted unconditional bail.
