The 24-year-old, of Robins Hill, Inkpen, admitted driving a white Ford Transit westbound on the M4 between junctions 10 and 11 on Monday, April 15, when the amount of the Class A-controlled drug cocaine and the Class B-controlled drug cannabis in his system exceeded the prescribed limit.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports.

They stipulated these should be prepared on an ‘all options’ basis including, potentially, a custodial sentence.

They meanwhile imposed an interim driving ban and released Suttie on unconditional bail.
