A TEENAGER who denied a drink-driving offence has had the charge withdrawn.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 1, was Alfie Bullock.
The 19-year-old, of Kennet Road, Kintbury, was accused of driving a blue Mini on Holt Road, Kintbury, on Thursday, May 12, after drinking more than the legal limit.
Tests were said to have shown 94mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood in his system.
The legal limit is 80mg.
At a previous hearing Mr Bullock pleaded not guilty to the single charge.
At Wednesday's hearing the prosecution offered no evidence.
District judge Samuel Goozee therefore formally discontinued the case.
