Motorist in hospital with serious injuries after road smash

The incident happened at Floods Cross, Newbury Road, Compton, at 12.05pm on Saturday (15), and caused long delays for motorists as the road was shut for three hours.
The rider’s red Yamaha motorcycle came into contact with a blue Honda CRV and a white Citroen Berlingo, and he was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading for treatment.
