Calcot motorist Paul Withers was unfit through drugs




A MOTORIST has been banned from the roads for being unfit to drive through drugs.

Paul Withers appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, April 23.

The 46-year-old, of Holymead, Calcot, admitted driving a silver Ford Fiesta in Bristol, Somerset, on September 15 last year while unfit to drive through drugs.

He further admitted driving without insurance on the same occasion.

Withers was fined £120.

In addition, he was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £48.

Finally, Withers was banned from driving for 12 months.
