The latest My Newbury submissions centre around capturing a beautiful evening sunset

WOOLHAMPTON Gravel Pits have proved a “beautiful place” to catch an evening sunset, according to one Newburytoday.co.uk reader.

Chris Burch has submitted some great photos taken at the site recently, which show Canada Geese families enjoying the evening sunset, adding that the Gravel Pits are a beautiful place for sunsets.

In addition, we have received more photos from Pete Halewood this week, including a stunning evening shot of the Sterling industrial estate and a couple of photos from the Battle of Newbury re-enactment last week.
