My Newbury in pictures

Autumnal shots are a common theme among the latest My Newbury submissions

WEST Berkshire's photographers appear to be embracing autumnal shots, according to the latest My Newbury submissions.

Several more snaps from across the district have been submitted to Newburytoday.co.uk this week, including ducks and swans enjoying East Ilsley pond and the Kennet and Avon Canal respectively, submitted by Kath Little and Bill Neate.

Mr Neate has also sent in an autumnal photo of Victoria Park and the Newbury Town Trail feature, Ebb and Flow, alongside a photo of a misty morning in Cold Ash.

Newbury man Mark Smith has also sent in a late-evening shot from outside his house in Cromwell Road looking over the graveyard, while the district commissioner of Kennet District Scouts, Alison Taylor, has submitted a photo of the recent Remembrance Sunday parade in Newbury, which featured about 350 scouts.

Meanwhile, Brian Pearsey has submitted a couple of great photos of nature in action, with a spider rolling up a fly within its web.

If you have a photo you want to share with us, send it in to newburytoday@newburynews.co.uk, marked ‘My Newbury' and we will feature the photos here online and in the Newbury Weekly News, or The Advertiser.
