People in West Berkshire took to Twitter to share their experiences and the skyline from where they were.
@Billy_wizz89 took a snap of a double rainbow over Baydon, @EastMarple1 took a photograph of storm clouds over East Ilsley and finally, @Chocolate_fee23 took what she described as a scary storm in the skies over West Berkshire.
Making the most of the sunshine between showers, Suzanne Marie Ceira Twohig, from Thatcham, took a picture of a busy bumble bee collecting pollen.
