New dog show coming to Chieveley
A new dog show is to be held in Chieveley on Saturday (19), and is open to all.
Pedigree classes for pure-bred dogs and fun classes such as waggiest tail, most handsome dog, and the dog the judge would most like to take home, will be held, alongside obstacle courses and a puppy mix.
If your dog doesn’t want to take part in any games, he or she can go along just for the fun of it.
The event will take place at Chieveley Village Hall, entries can be taken from 11am with judging starting from noon
The day is being organised by the Central and Southern German Shorthaired Pointer Society, who are a new society set up in 2011, in aid of Acorns Children’s Hospice and German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue.
Entries can be taken from 11am with judging starting at noon.
