East Woodhay Village Hall seeks new groups, clubs and small businesses to make use of it

The community of East Woodhay is hoping to raise the profile of its village hall by inviting groups, clubs and small businesses to make use of it.

The East Woodhay Village Hall management team is seeking new users to hire the hall on a regular basis in order to keep the important local facility going.

An East Woodhay Village Hall management team spokesperson said: “Please help us raise the profile of the hall by telling your friends about it or come talk to us about running a small business from here.

“We would love to hear from you.”

The land on which East Woodhay Village Hall sits was gifted to the community in 1938 and the hall was built on it shortly afterwards.

Over the years it has been the venue for wedding parties, scout group meetings, flower shows, yoga classes and many more.
