New hearing and ear specialist opens in The Wharf in Newbury
A new hearing clinic has opened in the town centre.
Tracy James Hearing, an independent ear and hearing specialist, celebrated its opening at Kendrick House in Wharf Street, Newbury, on July 18.
The clinic provides a range of services including hearing aids from multiple suppliers and support for those with more complex health and hearing needs including dementia, auditory processing disorder and tinnitus.
Speaking at the official opening, owner Tracy James said: “Some of you will be aware that Louise and I have been working out of my home office and also at a clinic over in Thatcham.
“So, it’s been really great to create this project together; we’ve got some lovely facilities in there.
“We’re really looking forward and hoping to be here for a long time.”
Before cutting the ribbon, mayor of Newbury Andy Moore added: “This is something that is really needed and I wish you all the best in this new location.”
Mrs James and Louise Hart both bring 20 years of experience as trained audiologists to the new business.
The facilities at their new site include a reception area, clinic rooms, a designated pediatrics room, customer toilet, hallways and car parking facilities
