New pack by demand

The pack, which will meet every Monday evening at Greenham Community Hall, was set up as a result of the huge demand for places in the district and a waiting list.
The Cub pack is the first of the three sections which will eventually form the Greenham Scout group. Work will be done over the coming months to set up a beaver colony and a Scout troop.
One of the leaders, Katherine Prior, said: “We are already as full as we want to be.
“The opening night went really well, everyone was really pleased and the boys enjoyed learning about Cubs.
“We have a mixture from different schools as well, which is good.”
