Newbury and Thatcham residents invited to neighbourhood watch meeting

THERE will be a Newbury and Thatcham Neighbourhood Watch meeting on Monday, September 7.
The public are invited to hear representatives from the neighbourhood policing team and fire service give crime updates.
There will also be a talk from the chief executive of West Berkshire Citizens Advice Bureau, Jan Rothwell, who will discuss its advice work and preventive work as well as raising scams awareness.
The meeting will also hear from Dave Mills of Maplins Newbury who will be there to advise on the various security products.
The meeting will take place from 7.30pm at the West Berkshire Council Offices in Market Street.
