Trevor Goodall will donate the money to the Buscot ward at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, as part of a “lasting memorial” to his twin sons Joshua and Samuel, who were born prematurely on June 19, 1995, but sadly died not long afterwards.
Over the past 18 years Mr Goodall has organised a series of charity golf tournaments, and other events, raising more than a quarter-of-a-million pounds for the New Life charity, which donated equipment to special care baby units in the region.
