Newbury fireworks display coming soon




The annual Wash Common fireworks display will be held at Falkland Cricket Club on Saturday, November 5.

Gates open at 6pm, with the bonfire starting at 7.15pm, followed by the fireworks at approximately 7.45pm.

All proceeds will fund Falkland Cricket Club's charitable community activities and sport for all, including those who are disabled or otherwise disadvantaged.

There will be a number of outlets selling food, hot and cold drinks, a licenced bar plus fairground attractions to entertain children.

Admission is via pre-paid tickets, which will be on sale at The Bowler’s Arms in Falkland Cricket Club from October 1 until November 4. Tickets may still be available at the gate, but guests are advised to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Free, on-site parking is available on the club’s second ground, located 200 metres south of the main ground. Guests should follow road diversion signs.

Parking space is limited, so guests are advised to arrive no later than 6.30pm. Drivers who are not local are asked to please avoid parking on estate roads to avoid inconveniencing residents.

Advance Ticket Prices are on sale at The Bowler’s Arms up to and including November 4 (subject to availability):

Adult (age 16+): and Child (age five to 16) £7.50.

Family (two adults, two children): £20.

Children under five enter free.

Ticket/Admission prices on November 5 including on the gate (subject to availability):

Adult (age 16+): and Child (age five to 16) £10.

Family (two adults, two children): £25.
