Newbury hosts dementia café at Fair Close Centre

A café for people with dementia and their carers is being organised in Newbury this week.

All are welcome to visit the Fair Close Centre this Wednesday (November 2) for tea, coffee and cakes.

A talk by Joy Neville from Age UK Berkshire is scheduled for 10.30am discussing the local support and services available for those living with dementia and their carers.

Entry costs £2.50 per person.

A new carer support group has also started on Zoom, with the next meeting being held on Wednesday, November 23.
