Free jute bags on offer with every purchase

NEWBURY market will be giving away a free jute shopping bag with every purchase on Thursdays and Saturdays.

The bags, which are made from eco-friendly biodegradable jute fabric, were given away earlier in the year and proved so popular they were all snapped up in one morning.

Dave Goff, leader of Newbury Town Council, said: “If you’ve had enough of paying for carrier bags, or are just keen to replace your worn out shopping bag, come along to Newbury Market and collect your free jute shopping bag when you shop from one of our traders.”

The offer is limited to one per customer while stocks last.
