Newbury Model Railway Club makes whopping comeback after three years




Hundreds of people attended a club's annual railway exhibition.

Up to 700 people flocked to see the Newbury Model Railway Club's latest Model Railway Exhibition, hosted at St Bartholomew's School on Saturday, October 29.

The event ran from 10am to 4.30pm, with several trade stands, layouts and demonstrations held, showcasing the club's latest projects.

Multiple traders and charities attended the event, including the Great Western Society, Lynton and Barnstable and Medway Queen.

Refreshments were also provided.

The club has been active for more than 35 years and currently has 30 members.

It hosts meetings every Friday between 7.30pm and 9.30pm at the Wash Common Community Centre.
