Newbury MP Laura Farris visits Robert Sandilands primary school

Newbury MP Laura Farris paid a visit to Robert Sandilands Primary School in Newbury.

The Conservative MP said it was a general visit to see how the children were doing.

She caught up with Year 6 pupils who are preparing for their next chapter in secondary school and spoke to them about the trips, plays and concerts they have in the diary before they leave primary school

“It was a great pleasure to visit Libby Bucknell and the children at Robert Sandilands as they prepare for Christmas,” she said.

“The enthusiasm of the staff and children was palpable.

“And I especially enjoyed talking to Year 6 students who are preparing to head off for their next adventure at secondary school with a few amazing trips, plays and concerts in the diary before they go.”
