Around 4,000 guests have been chosen to join the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh at a garden party, hosted by the Lord Lieutenants of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Each county have baked a cake, which will slot together to make a single centrepiece.
Each cake includes an edible plaque which represent the history of their counties, including the Newbury Races, the Berkshire Pigs and Windsor Castle.
The Queen will cut each section of the cake as part of a celebration for the major Jubilee fundraising appeal for the four Thames Valley Community Foundation charities: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes.
