Newbury Vegan Market cancelled

Today's Vegan Market has been cancelled due to the weather.

The market was set to take place in the Market Place from 10am to 3pm.

However, the Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning due to Storm Franklin, and organisers Vegan Fairs have made the decision to cancel the event for safety reasons.

Newbury BID posted on Facebook: "For the safety of our traders and visitors, Vegan Fairs has made the decision to postpone the event.

"Please head over to their Facebook page for an official statement, and keep an eye out for an updated market date in due course.

"Thank you and stay safe."
