Newbury Zizzi opening this Thursday

Italian restaurant chain Zizzi is set to open its Newbury eatery this Thursday.

Speaking to Newburytoday, a Zizzi spokesperson confirmed that the restaurant in Market Place hopes to open this week, and "fingers crossed" it would open by the company's Thursday target.

The Thursday opening would be a soft launch of the restaurant, with Zizzi probably not taking bookings until next week.
