Newbury's vegan market returns
The Newbury Vegan Market is back for summer, offering plant-based, cruelty-free and eco-friendly fun.
The event, brought by Newbury Business Improvement District (BID) and Vegan Fairs will bring more than 30 stalls to the Market Place.
Among them will be Newbury-based Wabi-Sabi Yoga Shala, The Vegan Diner, vegan cheese from Sophie’s Delight and many more.
Non-foodie stalls will join from Thatcham Refillable and Clean Living International to CG Living Eco Cleaning and Charlotte Manser Ceramics.
Independent eateries will be getting a slice of the action, from Indian restaurant Indigo Bay and KhonKaen Thai Cuisine on Bartholomew Street.
Newbury BID operations manager Alison Drummond said: “With so many exciting new and existing traders signed up to the Newbury Vegan Market summer special, we’re confident that this will increase town centre footfall even more so than usual.”
The BID has released a town trail map which can be found at https://visitnewbury.org.uk/independent-retail-map
The vegan market will fall on Sunday, August 21, between 10am and 3pm
