THE A4 at Calcot was closed during the early hours of this morning (Tues), after a collision involving several vehicles.

Two pumps from Dee Road Fire Station, in Reading , were called at 3.30am to the junction of Bath Road and Mill Lane.

Firefighters helped paramedics to remove a woman driver with neck pain from a car via the passenger side.

Three other cars were involved in the collision, with no-one else hurt.

Firefighters left the scene shortly before 4am, when the road was still closed.
