NHS complaints drop-in sessions

Independent Health Complaints Advocacy is a free, independent advocacy service that helps people make a complaint about any aspect of NHS care or treatment.
The service is provided by SEAP, a registered charity – funded by local authorities to provide this service.
Its next drop in session takes place at Newbury Library from 10am until 12noon on September 6 and 20.
