No evidence offered against Yusef Tetouani from Burghfield Common on multiple domestic violence charges
A STRING of domestic violence charges have been dropped after no evidence was offered against the accused.
Yusef Tetouani had been remanded in custody when the charges were laid.
The 23-year-old, of Acorn Gardens, Burghfield Common, had been accused of four counts of assaulting Natasha Tetouani by beating her.
All the offences were said to have been committed in Burghfield on various dates between July 1 last year and May 24.
Tetouani – who has previous convictions for drug and motoring offences – had pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
On Monday, July 7, all those charges were dropped after the prosecution said they would be offering no evidence.
However, Tetouani admitted causing criminal damage to Mrs Tetouani’s property in Burghfield on or about May 25.
For that offence he was fined £100.
In addition, Tetouani was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge.
