No objections to care home from Thatcham Town Council

The planning committee looked at the proposal for a 71-bed facility on the site of Limes Guest House, London Road, submitted to West Berkshire Council by Ascot Design.
Members said that they raised no objections, subject to there being
provision for vehicle access and appropriate windows to prevent loss of privacy to neighbours.
Cold Ash Parish Council did not want to comment on the plans, but both Greenham Parish Council and Newbury Town Council have raised objections.
Last week, the council had received 16 letters against the plans from residents, who voiced concerns about the lack of consultation for such a large care home development
A decision by planners is expected by the end of May.
