Ashford Hill concert tonight (Saturday) and launch of children's centre, Tadley, on Tuesday

SLASH into Summer is the title of a concert with a watery theme at an Ashford Hill church tonight (Saturday).

Performed by the Kingsclere Singers, the concert takes place at St Paul's church at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £7 on the door, school age children (up to 16) free.

THE official launch of a new children's centre in Tadley is to take place on Tuesday morning (July 19).

The fun-packed launch will include: animals and creepy crawlies, crafts, a stay and play area, refreshments and snacks.

The launch party is from 9.30am to 11.30am at the Home Tree Children's Centre, Tadley Community Centre, New Church Road.
