Northcroft outdoor lido opening postponed

THE opening of Northcroft Leisure Centre's popular outdoor lido has been postponed due to "technical issues" discovered while filling the pool.
The swimming pool was scheduled to open to the public this Saturday, July 5.
Its opening had already been put back due to delays in groundworks needed after the site flooded at the start of the year.
A statement from West Berkshire Council said that staff and contractors are working to address the issues and aim to get the pool open "as soon as possible".
