Reading Magistrates' Court: Newbury man cleared of domestic violence attack

A MAN has been cleared of assaulting a woman in a domestic violence-related attack.

In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 2, was Samuel Terrence DeMarco.

The 43-year-old, of Bridge Street, Newbury, had denied assaulting Kerry Bee by beating her in Newbury on Thursday, May 27.

Following a trial at which he was defended by Mike Davis, magistrates cleared Mr DeMarco, finding him not guilty of the single charge.
