Oh deer - Rudolph (or is it Dasher?) is on the run

This reindeer made a bid for freedom - and caused chaos in the process - when it bolted down Abex Road in Newbury this afternoon (Friday).
It was eventually herded into a corner by office workers and apprehended.
The animal had escaped from Victoria Park in Newbury, where it was due to be part of the attractions at Newbury Christmas Market tomorrow (Saturday).
Reindeer handler Matt Barber later tweeted his thanks to @Newburytoday to all those who helped catch the runaway.
The market is open from 10am.
