New homes at Pangbourne fire station

The old Fire Station at Horseshoe Road in Pangbourne is to be demolished and replaced with four houses.

Plans have been approved by West Berkshire Council.

The fire station was sold by the Fire Authority as the building was no longer needed after moving to Wigmore Lane in Theale.

The plans are for two three bed and two two bed homes.
