One lane closed on M4 westbound at Hungerford

.
A spokesman from the highways agency, James Wright, confirmed that the fire has now been extinguished and vehicle recovery is currently on the scene.
He said the highways agency was alerted to the incident by Wiltshire Police at 10:51am, and arrived on scene by 10:55am.
The car involved was a small family hatchback and no-one was injured in the incident.
Mr Wright said at 12:30pm that vehicle recovery was at the scene.
He said: "They need to take the vehicle away and we will have a crew there to sweep up any detritus, that will enable us to get lane one and the hard shoulder re-opened.
"We are hoping it won't take too much longer.
"In terms of traffic impact, because it's a Sunday, the traffic is lighter than it would normally be."
He concluded that drivers should add 10 to 15 minutes to their journey time.
