One lane on A34 closed after lorry and van collision

A collision between a lorry and a van has closed a southbound lane on the A34.
The van has subsequently caught fire and Hampshire Police, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue and National Highways Traffic Officers are attending the scene.
One southbound lane on the A34 is closed between the B4640 near Whitchurch and the A303 Bullington Interchange.
It is expected to clear between 4.45pm and 5pm this afternoon.
There is no official diversion route for this section of the A34 at this time.
