Open day with the £200 feelgood factor

The event saw some 50 people come through the Pound Street doors, with people attending a variety of free talks and demonstrations.
Money was raised through the sale of taster sessions, refreshments, a range of health and wellbeing products and a prize draw.
Centre director Claire Bushell said: “Our autumn open day focused on how people can look after their hearts to prevent problems later in life.
“Over the years we’ve successfully helped many people quit smoking, lose weight and manage stress and anxiety using a variety of complementary therapies, yoga and meditation.
“We are delighted to support the British Heart Foundation in their efforts to beat heart disease for good.”
