Delays of more than 30 minutes expected

One lane is blocked eastbound on the M4 between junction 13 for Newbury and junction 12 for Theale.

This is due to an overturned vehicle.

There are severe delays of more than 30 minutes, with traffic conditions expected to return to normal between 11am and 11.30am.
