Arts For Hungerford believe that all kids should have access to the arts. As part of this ethos they are hosting their mini children’s Arts Festival this Saturday. Between 11am and 3pm children can hear the award-winning children’s performer John O’Dougherty, try their hand at some circus skills with Berzerkaz!; screen-print their own T-shirt with Berkshire Printmakers; enjoy fun drumming sessions with Drum Runners, write stories with local author Larry Hayes, and get crafty at ‘creation stations’ with Gemma Kirby & Lydia Johnson. There’s also a ‘Draw a Gruffalo’ competition.
