Robert O’Shaughnessy and Sadie Fabianczyk from Greenham admit assaulting young person

Two adults have been sentenced for an attack on the same young person.

Robert O’Shaughnessy, aged 57, and 35-year-old Sadie Fabianczyk, who live in the same property in Montague Drive, Greenham, appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 19.

Each admitted assaulting the victim, who can not be identified because of their age, by beating them in Greenham on November 19 last year.

O’Shaughnessy was made subject to a 12-month community order and required to complete 80 hours of unpaid community work.

Fabianczyk was also made subject to a 12-month community order but she was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community work.

Both defendants were ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £114.
