Pancake race in the Market Place tomorrow

Newbury town centre is gearing up for a flippin' brilliant day of action as the popular annual pancake race returns to the Market Place at midday tomorrow (Tuesday).
The Newbury Weekly News has even entered its own team this year and are also sponsoring the Newbury Pancake Champions of 2015.
There will also be prizes for the Best Dressed Team, with the category sponsored by Henwick Properties.
This year there will also be a Pancake Tosser of the Year prize, sponsored by Gecko Communications.
For those feeling peckish, pancakes lunches will served from 12.15pm in St Nicolas Hall at a cost of £7.
All proceeds from the event will go to the West Berkshire Community Hospital League of Friends.
