Paralympian to offer leadership advice in Pangbourne
Blind Paralympic Judo silver medallist, Ian Rose, will be on hand to offer advice and inspiration to young people as part of an initiative by Step into Sport to encourage able and disabled children to work together to improve their leadership skills.
Berkshire has chosen to focus on inclusion and has invited 16 able bodied young people and 16 young people with a disability from selected schools across the county to develop their skills at this camp which includes rock-climbing and archery.
Former Young Ambassador from Hampshire, Josh Smith, who is now a coach and runs the Step into Sport programme for the county, will also be offering advice.
