Parents undergo Tough Mudder for good causes
Team from Brockhurst and Marslton Pre-Prep unafraid of a challenge
THEY don’t call it the Tough Mudder for nothing.
A group of parents from Brockhurst and Marlston House Pre-rep School in Hermitage scaled high walls, slid through tunnels, and climbed through nets amid mud and grime galore.
They raised a whopping £1,800 for Alexander Divine Children's Hospice and The Mary Hare School for deaf children.
Tough Mudder is a mud and obstacle course designed to test physical strength, stamina, and mental grit.
Team member Anne Munby said: “We ran five miles and had to conquer 14 obstacle.
“None of this would have been possible if we hadn't worked as a team. We crossed the finishing line together.”
