Parkway almost ready for Christmas with three new stores opening

The store, which sells natural and organic hair and beauty products, arometherapy products and therapies, will officially open on Friday, December 5, inbetween Cath Kidson and Fraser Heart Jewellers.
The head of retail at Neal’s Yard Remedies, Danny Golby, said: “We are delighted to be opening a beautiful new store in Newbury.
“Newbury is fast becoming one of the shopping destinations for southern England and with the development of Parkway, we look forward to taking our place alongside leading UK retailers whilst offering something unique and exciting.
“As a company we pride ourselves on our excellent levels of service, extensive knowledge of both inner and outer health and wellbeing and look forward to greeting the residents of Newbury and the surrounding areas to our new store.”
In addition, boutique Luna Too, launched by local resident Carrie Mainwaring and who also has stores in Marlborough, Hungerford and recently a pop-up boutique in the Kennet Centre, Newbury, will be opening in the former home of Torr in Parkway, behind Costa Coffee.
Parkway centre director, David Pickett, said: “We’re delighted that Neal’s Yard and Luna will be opening in Parkway. They’re both new to Newbury and will add to the existing vibrancy of the centre. The fact that we can provide our customers with this mix of well-known national retailers and independent stores in one place is a big part of Parkway’s appeal.”
The new additions follow the recent opening of Jack Wills in the centre, with Schuh also due to open on November 24.
