The company which owns Newbury’s Parkway Shopping centre is reportedly in talks to sell up.
The trade press has said that the Eton College Common Investment Fund is among potential customers for the mall, owned by Abrdn (formerly Standard Life Aberdeen), which also comprises luxury residential apartments and 37 affordable housing units built above the shopping centre.
The retail and residential development opened in October 2011.
Parkway has declined to comment on the reports.
