Pedestrian in hospital after petrol station crash





South Central Ambulance Service confirmed that an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle was dispatched to the Chieveley Motors Petrol Station on Long Lane, Cold Ash.
Ambulance spokesperson Catherine Morrow said: “We were called at 19.49pm yesterday to a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car.”
“They treated one patient who was conveyed to Royal Berkshire Hospital with injuries to his legs, hands and shoulders.”
The patients identity, including gender, has not been confirmed by the ambulance service.
There were also unconfirmed reports of two police vehicles in attendance at the scene.
