Person trapped inside vehicle after collision on Northbrook Street
A person was trapped inside a vehicle after being involved in a crash on Northbrook Street at the weekend.
Thames Valley Police called Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service to the incident at 12.38pm on Sunday, February 19.
Two fire crews from Newbury Fire Station was sent to the scene and remained there for one hour and two minutes.
Crews found a road traffic collision involving one vehicle, with the one person trapped inside.
They worked to release the person from the vehicle and provide immediate emergency care.
They then placed them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The crews worked to make the scene safe and handed the incident over to Thames Valley Police.
