With Euro 2020 kicking off on Friday, June 11, take a look from past photos of the highs and lows as fans watch England play on TV in pubs around the area from Euro 2004 and the 2006 and 2010 World Cups.
In 2004, England were in group B with France, Croatia and Switzerland. England went through to the quarter-finals but lost to Portugal on penalties 6-5.
In the 2006 World Cup, England topped their group and once again got to the quarter-finals, only to lose on penalties against Portugal 3-1.
On to the 2010 World Cup and England got through the group stage in second place but in the round of 16 England faced Germany and lost 4-1.
Let's hope for more cheering in this year's Euro 2020.
