Delivery driver attacked by three men while working in Theale

A PIZZA delivery driver was attacked and robbed after serving an address in Theale on Tuesday (1).

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after the 25-year-old man became involved in an altercation after leaving an address in Spring Gardens between 8pm and 9pm.

He was approached by three men, one of whom grabbed him by the throat and another threw the victim's car keys in his face, although he was not injured.

A money pouch containing cash was stolen before the men drove off in a small white vehicle.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and released on bail until Tuesday, November 22.
